Dubai: Gold raffle winners announced with 12g special edition coins
Winners hail from India, UAE, USA, Nepal and more countries
DUBAI – The Dubai Jewellery Group (DJG), the trade body representing the emirate’s jewellery industry, has unveiled the latest winners of its raffle draw.
As part of the ongoing “Discover Sparkling Surprises in the City of Gold” campaign, a total of 30 lucky individuals were awarded exclusive 12-gram Dubai City of Gold special edition coins.
The prizes brought celebrations across nationalities, with winners including residents and visitors from India, Bangladesh, UAE, USA, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Canada and Indonesia. The initiative continues to attract strong participation from jewellery shoppers across Dubai, reaffirming the emirate’s status as the “City of Gold.”

Among the winners were Mohamed Asafay Padilat from India, Syed Tazuddin from Bangladesh, Akhaja Marwah from the UAE, and Zainab from the USA. Other recipients of the 12g coin included Priya Ramasamy, also from the USA, and several Indian winners such as Meetal Shah, Dawood, Nancy, Vinod Kumar Solank, and Rashmi Vanjani.
The raffle also celebrated diversity, with prizes going to Kabita Ke Hapa from Nepal, Wajika Wasana from Sri Lanka, Anis Anwar from Canada, and Noral Veronica from Indonesia.
